Honestly, this 12-day tour completely blew me away! I had an AMAZING time in Northern Vietnam, thanks to Ultimate Odyssey and would highly recommend them!]From my very first correspondence with Sophie, the process was great. She was quick to respond to my messages and put together a personalized package based upon my desire.  When we arrived at our hotel in Hanoi, Sophie met us exactly as planned and had all the details arranged for us to meet our driver and guide the next morning to begin a week of adventure. We trek in Sapa with stunning views of the valley and spent a night in the home of lovely minority people, who cooked us a delectable authentic meal & shared their beautiful home with us! We then drove to the Ha Long Bay where we enjoyed 2 partial days and an overnight on a boat out in this incredibly gorgeous bay! Another highlight of our trip was the bike along rice fields in Ninh Binh and a boat ride thru an area which King Kong movie was filmed here. I cannot say how much I enjoyed this trip, or thank Sophie & Ultimate Odyssey enough for making the trip so AMAZING! I simply cannot wait to visit again and explore so much more of this truly memorable country and its warm, gracious & charming people!

Eight days that completely redefined how I see Vietnam! While hitting the headline destinations across the North and Central regions was fantastic, the cycling segment off the beaten path around Hội An was the absolute highlight for me. Pedaling past rolling green hills, jagged mountain backdrops, and crystal-clear streams cutting through the valleys felt raw, peaceful, and delightfully authentic—worlds apart from the usual tourist trail. Flawless timing, incredible scenery at every turn, and memories that will stick with me for a lifetime.
